Adtech with an international dimension specialized in Ad Verification.
You will be responsible for managing the business with the UK and International clients. Your role will involve building relationships with the media agencies, trading desks and brands to ensure client satisfaction, retention and growth. As an Account Manager, you will collaborate with numerous internal stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities:
- Pro-active ownership of the accounts and associated activity, client management and projects
- Growth across client portfolio – this will include the control of forecasting, targets and monthly reconciling
- Working closely with the UK & international clients (which include Media Agencies, Trading Desks, Publishers, Online Brands and Networks) to develop an in-depth understanding of their business, goals and objectives
- Providing clients with tailored reports & recommendations to improve performance and ensure the efficiency of their media spend
- Develop strong senior level client relationships
- Plan and execute client meetings, hot-desking sessions, product demos/roadshows and training strategy
- Run strategic engagement and business planning in partnership with the broader team, plus QBRs
BA/BSc. degree or equivalent.
- 5 years + of Account Management experience within AdTech, media advertising or sales (DSP | Exchange | Media Agency or Trading Desk)
- Proven track record of growing business with large customer accounts
- Deep knowledge of digital business models, global trading structures, social and online media, and AdTech
You have excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, networking skills, proposal building and presentation skills.
You are bilingual in English.
